The history of Bank of America dates back to 1904 when the Italian banker Amadeo Pietro Giannini founded the Bank of Italy in San Francisco. The Bank of Italy served the needs of many immigrants settling in the United States at that time, providing services denied to them by the existing American banks which typically discriminated against them and often denied service to all but the wealthiest.

Now, Bank of America is a multinational banking and financial services corporation headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is ranked 2nd on the list of largest banks in the United States by assets and, in 2016, it was ranked #11 on the Forbes Magazine Global 2000 list of largest companies in the world.

Our Due Diligence service is normally undertaken to determine if buildings and fire safety systems meet, exceed or fall short of nominated benchmarks.

The audit should provide information regarding options for remedial works or additional activities if such shortcomings have been identified. The general objective is to collect information and provide evidence related to the conformance and effectiveness of fire safety systems.

At JVVA we consider this service to be a strong management tool to examine fire safety systems against predetermined benchmarks. A fire safety audit is an effective tool to identify situations of potential hazard, and thus allow corrective or preventative action.

This is a service that will help owners and occupiers to ensure that their buildings are safe and fitted with the correct fire safety installations required and that those fire safety installations are maintained in an operational condition.
